Everyone assumes that all teenagers must be constantly flirting, sexting and dating on their phones — but how has social media really changed teen romance?
The Pew Research Center released a new report Thursday, titled “Teens, Technology and Romantic Relationships,” that explores how American teens ages 13 to 17 use technology in their love lives.

“This study reveals that the digital realm is one part of a broader universe in which teens meet, date and break up with romantic partners,” the report said. “Online spaces are used infrequently for meeting romantic partners, but play a major role in how teens flirt, woo and communicate with potential and current flames.” Read more…
