Instagram yanked Talib Kweli's photo thinking it was 'hate speech'

Instagram on Wednesday temporarily yanked an anti-racism post from hip hop artist and longtime activist Talib Kweli because an image seemed to violate the social network’s community guidelines

Kweli in the past has been extremely vocal in the media and online about racial inequality — he was an influential voice earlier this year regarding the fatal police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri — and his recent Instagram post was another example of that.

RT if u think @instagram should explain how this pic captioned “aka states rights” violates “community guidelines”
